The director of a Cratloe Electrical Company has made a settlement of almost half a million euro with the revenue commissioners for non payment of tax.
Gerard Manley Electrical Limited of Gallows Hill, Cratloe repaid over 113, 000 euro in tax and penalities for not declaring PAYE, PRSI and VAT, while company Director Gerard Manley made a settlement of over 415,000 euro for non-declaration of income tax.
The latest Tax Defaulters list covers repayments made with the Revenue Commissioners in the last quarter of 2009 and also includes a 100,000 euro settlement from John Curtin, a publican and taxi driver from Tobartascan, Ennis, and 80,000 euro form Monument Hair and Beauty – a haridressers based in the Square in Ennis.
