Business Leaders in the Mid West believe Clare’s very well placed to captalise on potential Chinese Investment start-ups through the visit of the country’s Vice President.
Mr Xi Jinping has just completed his three day official visit to the country after meeting with President Michael D. Higgins at Aras an Uachtaráin and attending a trade forum in Dublin.
Over the past two days the world’s media focused on Mr Xi’s time in Clare during which he visited James Lynch’s Dairy farm in Sixmilebridge, The Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle and also held talks with Shannon Development.
