The solicitor of the family of Patrick Nugent has called on the Justice Minister to deliver a public inquiry into his death as soon as is possible.
Patrick's family have campaigned for over 30 years to find out the truth about what happened the 23 year old banqueting manager on the night of his death in 1984.

He'd been working at a party in Bunratty before the incident which led to his death, and while a manslaughter trial and inquest were subsequently held, questions remain over the way the matter was investigated.
Belfast-based human rights lawyer Darragh Mackin is representing the Nugents as they continue to fight for justice.
