The Special Olympics torch is visiting Clare ahead of the all Ireland Games this weekend in Limerick.
Local Gardaí have been joined by members from across the country, the PSNI and volunteers to take part in the torch run in Killaloe – at the Boys National School and in Ballina at the Primary school there – this morning.

Tomorrow it will be brought to Ennis ahead of the start of proceedings on Friday.
Over the course of the weekend Ennis will host the bowling competition.
Garda Hilda Moloney from Killaloe says her colleagues are delighted to be able to raise awareness about the games.
