The Console charity has reported a strong demand from Clare for a helpline that it has set up specifically to assist farmers and people living in rural areas.
The national organisation, which supports people affected by suicide, is reporting a 300% incrase in calls to it’s Farm and Rural stress helpline, with nearly 1,000 people calling it each month up to September.
