Talks between Aer Lingus management and unions are continuing this morning.
Both sides have been meeting since yesterday afternoon, in a bid to reach agreement on a 97 million euro cost cutting plan at the former state carrier.
More than 670 workers face the axe including over a hundred cabin crew at Shannon Airport as management aim to restructure the troubled airline.
