Opposition leaders will be briefed on Friday’s European Summit this morning.
Normally the Taoiseach doesn’t meet Opposition leaders – but briefs them in the Dáil.
But Enda Kenny’s invited the Fianna Fail leader Micheál Martin, Sinn Fein’s Gerry Adams and Independent Catherine Murphy to Government buildings to discuss the summit.

It’s likely they’ll also discuss the possibility of another referendum on treaty change in the Spring.
