The names of the task force who will advise the government in relation to the seperation of Shannon airport from under DAA control have been revealed.
The steering group will comprise of New Quay native and former member of the Shannon airport Authority Rose Hynes, the chief executive of the Irish aviation Authority Eamonn Brennan, and Pat Dalton who is an ex member of the Cork Aviation Authority.
The other members include Alan Ahearne who is currently a member of the board at the Central Bank, Declan Keane who was a chair of an interdepartmental group working on mortage arrears and Ed Hansom,who is known for his work with RBS Aviation capital.
A representative from the Departments of Jobs, Finance and Transport are also expected to join the task force.
