The parish of Cratloe are celebrating this afternoon after a new sports facility was officially opened.
The 600 thousand euro facility was funded through local fundraising, the National Lottery Sports Grants, and Clare County Council.
The facility houses a sports hall, four dressing rooms, toilets and lobby along with plans for developing a gym and board room.

The official opening took place earleir this afternoon and Treasurer of the Cratloe GAA Development Committee Eileen Murphy says that it’s a testement to the local community.
