Gardaí in Ennis have arrested three people in connection with a spate of thefts from cars around the district.
18 unlocked cars have been broken into in recent weeks by thieves with items ranging from tools to cash and laptops stolen.
The incidents occurred in Ennis, Shannon and Killaloe.

Gardaí arrested three men in their 20s yesterday in Ennis – one is still being questioned, while the others were released without charge.
