Top Gear may be coming to Clare.
The stars of the hit BBC show have been invited to film an episode along the Wild Atlantic Way, the coastal driving route which runs from Donegal to Cork and includes the Banner's scenic coastal areas.

Fine Gael TD Brendan Griffin has raised the issue at a meeting of the Oireachtas Transport Committee, and has written to the BBC who have acknowledged his letter.
Deputy Griffin is now pursuing the idea with the support of Tourism Ireland and Fáilte Ireland.
