Motorists in East Clare are advised of significant changes in Scariff, where a new one-way system comes into effect tomorrow.
A new one-way system is to be implemented in the town, with traffic permitted in a northbound direction only on Main Street from Scariff Bridge to the Market House and Square.
One-way southbound traffic will only will be permitted on Jones Road from the Square to the Ambulance station.
It’s hoped the changes will improve the flow of traffic in Scariff, while parking in the central area of the town will also be limited to a 3-hour maximum stay during business hours.
Clare County Council says signage will be in place.
