A receiver appointed by Bank of Ireland is expected to seek a trespass injunction against Dublin solicitor Brian O'Donnell and his wife this morning.
The couple have failed to leave their home, Gorse Hill on Vico Road in Killiney, despite a deadline passing.

On Tuesday, the High Court rejected an injunction taken by their adult children to stop the repossession of the home.
