The President and Taoiseach have led tributes to the Lahinch man who died in a plane crash in Ethiopia.
Michael, Mick, Ryan was one of the 157 passengers and crew on board the Ethiopian Airlines plane which crashed shortly after takeoff from Addis Ababa yesterday.
The married father of two is one of four children of retired schoolteacher Christina and the late Jack, and had been working with the United Nations World Food Programme.
