Tributes are being paid to the efforts of Clare's Lifeguards after they swept the boards National Surf Rescue Championships over the weekend.
The county's competitors won the men's, womens' and overall prizes, to cap their best season ever.

One of the standout performers was Bernard Cahill, who one all five of the events he competed in.
Bernard has told Clare FM's Morning Focus that it's a culmination of a lot of hard work.
