Donald Trump has reportedly cancelled his plans to visit West Clare.
The US presidential candidate was due to visit his Doonbeg Hotel and Golf resort next week on Friday next week.
But Irish Central reports that the visit has been scrapped – and Trump will now only visit his Scottish report.
The Manager of Doonbeg Hotel and Golf Resort has told Clare FM that he hasn't received any confirmation of the sort as yet but that details will be confirmed by phone this afternoon.
The news comes days after Enda Kenny said he was prepared to raise concerns about what he considers 'racist and dangerous' comments from the Republican candidate.
Former Cabinet Minister Alan Kelly says he hopes we never have to deal with Trump as President of the United States
