Gardaí in Mayo are investigating a road crash in which two men were killed.
It happened on the N26 in Ballinahaglish outside Ballina at about ten to five this morning.

Both men – aged 43 and 47 – and who were driving separate cars were pronounced dead at the scene.
They’ve been removed to Mayo General Hospital – where post mortems are due to take place later.
Separately, a 48-year-old man has been seriously injured in a single vehicle road collision in Dundalk Co. Louth.
The car that he was driving had 5 people on board and overturned at Donaghmore, Kilkerley, at half past 5 this morning.
