Two people have died and nine are injured when a train derailed in the southern French Alps.
It was travelling from the coastal city of Nice to Digne-les-Bains, when it hit a rock and came off the tracks.

Fire crews from around the region and two helicopters have been drafted in to help with the rescue effort.
