The level of overcrowding at the region’s main hospital has dropped to an unusually low figure.
The latest figures fro the INMO show 5 people were waiting for beds, at University Hospital Limerick this morning, 3 of those in the emergency department.
This figures is well below the UL Hospital Group’s target in this area.

As recently as last week, over 60 people have found themselves waiting for treatment at the region’s main hospital.
