Every passenger on the United Airlines plane from which a man was forcibly removed will get their money back.
David Dao was dragged screaming off the overbooked flight at an airport in Chicago on Sunday, after no one volunteered to leave.
The firm’s apologised, but Mr Dao’s lawyers have asked for all evidence in the case to be preserved, pending legal action.
