At least 20 people are now known to have died after a gunman opened fire on a nightclub in Florida.
Police say the suspect was shot and killed by officers responding to the incident in Orlando in the early hours.

Over forty people have been taken to hospital following the attack.
Earlier bomb disposal teams carried out a "controlled explosion".
