Motorists heading into and out of Ennis over the coming days can expect some delays on the bypass.
Upgrading works are set to take place on the stretch ahead of the upgrade of the road to motorway status at the end of August.
They will take place from 9 am to 7 pm daily and there will be mobile lane closures in place and drivers are being warned to expect delays

Works are necessary to bring road markings and cats eyes up to motorway standard as part of the Department of Transport Motorway Reclassification Scheme.
