People in the towns of Kilrush, Scarriff and Ennistymon are being encouraged to get involved in ‘town teams’ to further development in their areas.
€141,000 in funding has been secured by the Clare Local Development Company for the creation of development plans for the towns.
An information night will be held in each town next week about the Town Team programme, which sees volunteers come on board to improve their locality.
