Clare County Council is making water available to residents in a number of locations across the county today, as problems from the big freeze and subsequent thaw continue.
Standpipes will continue to operate at the usual locations in Ennis/Clarecastle, Shannon, Sixmilbridge, Westbury and Tulla. A Water Tanker will also be available at the Shannon Fire Station tomorrow from 10.00 am to 12 noon.
Water Supplies will also be provided in Quin at the Church from 10.00am to 12.00 noon, Lahinch Prom from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and Ruan Village from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and Doora Church from 2.00 pm to 3.00pm
Water was shut off in most areas of the county last night, and residents in Tulla are advised that their supply will be off today from 2.00pm to 6.pm for essential repairs
