Parents are being urged to supervise their children if they are taking to Clare’s waterways this Bank Holiday weekend.
While there’s a mixed outlook on the weather front, temperatures are expected to remain quite warm meaning the likes of Lough Derg, Kilkee and Lahinch will all be popular with those making the most of the long weekend.
It’s led to renewed calls for people to be mindful of safety if they’re enjoying the sea.
