A West Clare father has expressed his frustrations at not being granted a support for the care of his disabled daughter.
Pat Gavin from Carrigaholt has been speaking his failure to secure a Primary Medical Certificate for his daughter Isobel, who is 20 and requires round-the-clock care.
The Certificate allows recipients claim back some of the costs associated with transport, but under law is only made available to people who have issues with their limbs.
