The death has taken place of the wife of former President Patrick Hillery.
Dr Maeve Hillery, formerly of Spanish Point, died yesterday at her home in Dublin aged 91.

She is survived by her son Dr John Hillery and family, and was pre deceased by her late husband Dr Paddy Hillery in 2008 and their daugher Vivenne in 1987.
Dr Maeve Hillery will be laid to rest with her husband after 12 noon funeral mass in Sutton Church Dublin on Tuesday.
