Works are to be carried out at a Killaloe estate, where home-owners have been effectively locked out of their houses for years after they had purchased them.
Homes were left inaccessible and without services when the Ard na Deirge development went into receivership, but the Council has now concluded negotiations with the site's bond holder, while talks are also progressing with the current owners on how to rectify issues there.
