Son of the late Bernard and May Costello and Brother of the late Cyril.
Deeply regretted by his brothers Eugene (Kilkee), John (England), sisters Mary (Kilkee), Teresa (England) and Monica (England), brother-in-law Tony and sister-in-law Marj, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and friends.

A private Cremation has taken place. A funeral service with internment of Ashes will take place at a later date in Kilkee Co Clare.
