Reposing at Murphys Funeral Home Kilmaley on Monday from 6pm to 8.30.
Removal on Tuesday morning to Kilmaley church for requiem mass at 11am
Cremation will take place at the Island Crematorium Co Cork.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Oncology Unit of University Hospital Limerick.
