Ruislip, London and late of Cloncullen, Cooraclare.
Deeply regretted by his wife Jessica, his mother Mary and the late Dan Reidy.
Predeceased by his brother Aiden. Sadly missed by his brothers Gerard, John, Flan and his sister Aine Dillon, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces.
His Funeral will take place in London. Funeral Mass for Tom will take place in Cooraclare Church at a later date.
