A Clare couple have challenged themselves to walk the distance of Route66 here at home to raise vital funds for Jack and Jill, Hugh’s House, Milford Hospice and the Irish Cancer society.
They have completed 90% of the distance, and are on track to complete the kilometres by January 23rd – a very important date for the couple.

January 23rd will mark the first birthday of their son Mícheál, who sadly passed away at 9 weeks old.
Without these charities and the people involved, Gemma and Joe have no doubt in their minds that things would have been very different for them.
