On Tuesday’s Morning Focus, Pat Flynn was joined by Carmel Kirby, Director of Physical Development for Clare County Council about calls from locals to provide full-time lifeguard cover for Clare’s busy beaches from June.
Carmel began by telling Pat how June is normally weekend duty only, and goes on to explain the latest changes in response to huge public demand for increased cover.
