Last March, one of the last events to take place here was the Ennis Book Festival. Countless events were subsequently cancelled as the Covid-19 pandemic swept the nation and forced us into lockdown. However, with Covid-19 vaccines on the horizon, the Ennis Book Festival hopes to be one of the first to recommence – in as much as is possible under the public health guidelines.
On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Gavin Grace spoke to Dani Gill, the new artistic director for the Ennis book club festival about what the festival will look like.
