Centre Rory Scannell will become the youngest player to make 100 appearances for Munster when they meet Scarlets in the Guinness PRO14.
The 25-year-old is one of seven changes made by Johan Van Grann for their second trip to Wales in eight days.
Billy Holland captains the side which shows seven changes from last week’s win against the Ospreys.
Alby Mathewson, Bill Johnston, Ronan O’Mahony, John Ryan, Jean Kleyn and Conor Oliver also come into the starting XV.
Kick-off tomorrow in Parc Y Scarlets is 5 O’Clock.
