That result also maintain's Chelsea's five-point advantage over City at the top.
Earlier, second half goals from Andy Carroll, Morgan Amalfitano and Stewart Downing gave West Ham a 3-0 win at home to Hull.
The win sees the Hammers go seventh in the Premier League table, above Liverpool.
