Lance Armstrong says he’s more at ease now than he has been for ten years – despite receiving a lifetime ban from professional cycling.
He was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles after deciding not to contest allegations from the U.S. anti-doping agency.

But in his first public comments since the decision, Armstrong says it won’t have any affect on how he continues to live his life.
