Clare have received a boost ahead of next weekends National Football League Division 3 Final.
Banner forward David Tubridy has been cleared to play after successfully appealing the red card picked up against Kildare a fortnight ago.
The Doonbeg man was shown a straight red card for a confrontation with Kildare wing back Ciaran Fitzpatrick deep in injury time of that game.
Manager Colm Collins confirmed after that they would be appealing, and last night that appeal was successful.
It means Tubridy is free to line out against the Lilywhites once more next Saturday evening in Croke Park for the Div 3 Final.
Both sides are already promoted to Division 2 for 2017.
