A West Clare basketball star has secured a scholarship to play for an American University.
Sabhbh Edwards Murphy has been awarded a full scholarship to play for Akron, Ohio, starting in 2020.
The school is in the plays in Division One of the NCAA, the top flight for US colleges.

The Kilrush Community School student plays for Limerick Celtics, and will continue to line out for them in the upcoming Irish National Division One League.
