Building Momentum The Focus Ahead Of Laois Test – Guilfoyle

Former Clare hurling captain Tommy Guilfoyle is expecting to focus on building momentum in this weekend’s National League clash with Laois.

Defeat to Wexford last time out means that Clare are now out of contention to top the Division 1B standings, with thoughts likely to be turning toward finding a settled starting team for their championship opener against Waterford in June.

There are a number of players currently sidelined through injury with Tony Kelly joining the likes of David McInerney, David Reidy, Shane O’Donnell and Stephen O’Halloran on the injured list.
