Burke to make Clare debut in Wexford clash

Kilmacud Crokes forward Pat Burke makes his competitive debut for Clare in Sundays Allianz League Division Three clash with Wexford.

Son of former Clare and Kilmurry Ibrickane player Pat Burke senior, he is named at corner forward by Clare boss Colm Collins.

David Tubridy is in the other corner with Shane Brennan on the edge of the square

In a surprise move, Kilmurry Ibrickane defender Shane Hickey is named at center forward, with fit again Shane McGrath and Sean Collins either side of him.

Gary Brennan captains the side from midfield where he is once more partnered by Coolmeens Cathal O'Connor.

Joe Hayes mans the goals, with a full back line of Dean Ryan, Kevin Hartnett and Martin McMahon.

Jamie Malone has been passed fit to start at wing back, with Gordon Kelly manning the center and Ciaran Russell on the other wing.

Cratloe's Podge Collins hasn'r recovered on time from a hamstring injury, while his clubmate Cathal McInerney will undergo a late fitness test to see if he can take his place in the matchday squad.

Its underway in Miltown on Sunday at 2pm
