Busy Day Of Club Football Action With Quarter Final Places On The Line

There are four games down for decision this afternoon in the Clare senior football championship.

The first of those is underway in Cusack Park at 1pm as Eire Óg take on Clondegad, where a win for the Townies would see them through to the quarter finals.

At 2pm, the other game in Group Three sees Doonbeg take on Lissycasey in Kilmihil, with the Magpies looking for the points that would bring them through to the last eight.

There are two more games this evening, with St Joseph’s Doora Barefield and Kilmihil meeting in Lissycasey at 5pm.

The tie of the round comes in Cusack Park at 6pm where last year’s final pairing meet once more as Kilmurry Ibrickane take on Cratloe.

There are three games underway from 6pm, as Kildysart meet Liscannor in Quilty, Corofin play Coolmeen in the Eire Og grounds while Cooraclare is the venue for the clash of the Banner and O’Curry’s.
