It’s claimed that Clare’s soccer teams are in need of a designated Astroturf pitch in the county.
That’s according to Clare FM soccer analyst Jim Madden, who says the pitches the Banner’s soccer teams have to play on are completely unsuitable at this time of year.
Jim Madden says a number of games have been cancelled as a result of waterlogged pitches since September.
