Clare joint U21 manager Donal Moloney is calling on the GAA to change the format of the U21 championship.
The call comes in the wake of the Banners All Ireland Semi Final win over Antrim, on a 4-28 to 1-10 scoreline.
It's the third year in a row that Clare have met the Saffrons in the championship, with the defending All Ireland champions having beat the Northeners by a total of 77 points over the three games.
Moloney says this trend isn't healthy for the development of the game, and that changes are needed
Clare now take on Wexford in the All Ireland Final on September 13th in Semple Stadium Thurles
