The Carlow manager has admitted that the losers of this Sunday’s clash against Clare will effectively be eliminated from Division 4 of the National League.

Luke Dempsey will have to make do without injured midfielder Brendan Murphy and suspended forward Daniel St. Ledger for the game at Dr. Cullen Park.
He also admits that failing to register a victory in their opening three matches have left his sides’ ‘spirits low’.
