Clare’s Naomi Carrol has been nominated for a top Hockey award for her ourtstanding club season which has seen her selected on the Irish international squad.
The Cratloe woman who plays camogie and ladies football as well as hockey has been nominated for the senior club player of the year award.

She is competing with 12 other players for the honour and voting is via the website http://votingawards2012.questionpro.com/
Voting is until the 13th of September and is open to anyone involved in hockey in the county or across Ireland as your hockey club or branch will be required to validate the vote.
