Clare and Kilkenny get ready for All Ireland final

The countdown is on for Clare ahead of the All Ireland intermediate hurling final this Saturday in Thurles at 7pm.

Clare have just made one change to their side as  Parteen’s Joe O Connor comes in for Declan O Rourke of Wolfe Tones at corner forward while Tony carmody remains at centre forwward and Pa Kelly stays in place at number three.

Kilkenny meanwhile come into the game after just one performance so far having dispatched of Wexford in the Leinster final last month.

The All Ireland holders have also been hit by a number of players being called into the senior panel by Brian Cody for  the All Ireland final against Tipperary next week.
