Clare and Westmeath get ready for National hurling league encounter

Clare hurling manger Ger O louglin feels this Sunday’s clash with Westemath will be the biggest test of character his side have faced so far in this year’s national league.

Clare take on the bottom side in Divison two needing a win to keep up the pressure on league leaders Limerick who remain un beaten so far in 2011.

The Clarecastle man  feels Sunday is a must win for his team:

The Clare side for Sunday’s encounter was due to be named last evening but it is understood with a number of injury concerns affecting the squad the starting 15 will be named closer to Sunday’s throw in

The Lake county men scored 3-15 in last year’s encounter in ennis yet still lost  and manager Kevin Martin is hoping his side can begin to turnaround their season-starting with a good performance at home on Sunday
