With Munster in action in the Heineken Cup this Sunday, this weekend is quieter than normal for rugby action in the province.
However, a number of the county’s sides will be in action in various competitions
This Sunday sees five Clare sides in act ion in four seperate competitions, including one all Clare clash at underage level.
In Division 2 of the Munster junior Leagye, Ennis are away to Newport in a game that kicks off at 1:00 on Sunday afternoon – in Division 3, Scariff will take on Corca Dhuibhne in Ballydavid, getting underway at 2:30.
In the Avonmore Milk Under 19 League Scariff will entertain Ennis at 12:15, again on Sunday, while before that at 11:00 at the same venue, Scariff will take on Young Munster in the North Under 17 league.
