Clare Clubs Take Part In Second Round Of FAI Junior Cup

A number of Clare clubs are in action next weekend in the second round of the FAI Junior Cup.

Clare champions Newmarket Celtic and current leaders Bridge Celtic will all be involved.

First into the fray next weekend are Ennis Town, as they travel on Saturday evening to face Ballyheigue Athletic in Kerry.

On Sunday, Newmarket Celtic travel to Shanagolden to take on Shannonside United, while Bridge Celtic will have home advantage when they face Rathkeale.

There are two Clare derbies in the second round, with Shannon Olympic hosting Avenue United, and Moher entertaining Kilkishen.

Also in action this weekend are Coole FC, Shannon Town, Rinnanana Rovers and Tulla United.

Newmarket and Bridge United both reached the 5th round in 2014, before losing out to St Michaels and Nenagh Celtic respectively.
